What is Inferno Hot Pilates?

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout that will have you sweating, smiling and feeling amazing! It’s a 60-minute class combining Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), all done in a heated room to pump up the benefits. The best part? It’s designed for ALL fitness levels—whether you’re a total beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you’ll move at your own pace and modify as needed.

This class is all about building strength, endurance and core stability—without putting stress on your joints. It’s the perfect way to tone muscles, improve flexibility and boost cardiovascular health while having a blast.
