Here are the answers to some of your burning questions as a Newbie…

How much does it cost?

Your intro pass to the studio is $75 for 30 days of unlimited classes.  We make it affordable so that you get to come and try all of the class types and get to experience our amazing teachers and community.

All our classes at BYSC are Beginner Friendly.  Absolutely ALL of them.  You’re never too old.  You’re never too sick.  You’re never too broken.  You just have to get started.

For absolutely outstanding, fully transformational results, we recommend that you practice one of each of type of class – Bikram90, Bikram60, Yin Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates per week during the period of your intro pass.

You are certainly not limited to four classes per week; your intro pass is UNLIMITED, so practice every day if you can!  The more you commit to, the better the results.

Honestly?  If you were only to come to just ONE class per week for four weeks, you’ll definitely notice significant changes to your mind and body.  And we get it… To anyone that is new to yoga or exercise in general, that sounds like a b*llsh^t sales pitch.  But your friends, family and all those social media posts don’t just keep banging on about how yoga has changed their lives for nothing, right?!

Bikram Yoga can help you to tone up, lose weight, heal back/neck/shoulder/knee pain and any general body aches.  It sounds impossible, but you’ll feel taller.  Your jeans will fit you better.  Combined with some Inferno Hot Pilates classes and Yin Yoga, you’ll feel strong.  Your eyes and skin will become clearer.  You might even find yourself smiling at random times for no apparent reason!

Great question!  And we’re going to give it to you straight.  It is not going to be easy…. What activity that you start from scratch would ever be easy?  How long has it actually been since you tried ANYTHING new?  And it is not because the classes are hard.  O no.  Let’s face it, the only reason you haven’t given something like this a go in the past is because you have a whole PILE of reasons that ‘excuse’ you from trying yoga and pilates!

“I’m not flexible enough.  I can’t touch my toes.  I don’t have time.  I am too busy with my work/family/commitments. I have a bad back/knee/shoulder/elbow/neck/[insert any body part here].  It would be too hot (it’s not).  It would be too hard (It won’t be).  I won’t be able to do any of the postures (You won’t.  Deal.  End of.  But also, you just might not suck at some of them J)”

The list goes on.  And on.  And on.  Until one day, you decide that you’ve had enough. May as well be now, right?
