I stepped into that hot room in 2017 and barely made it through. But something about the challenge hooked me. Six months later, I knew I had to learn more. This yoga wasn’t just about the body — it was about the mind, heart, and spirit. It was the real deal.

Fast forward six years, and now I’m the one teaching classes. And still, Bikram Yoga continues to transform my life in ways I never imagined. It challenges every part of you — physically, mentally, emotionally. It teaches you patience, strength, focus, and compassion. It makes you unravel, reflect, and grow.

The changes can be subtle at first, but they’re powerful. This practice has a way of making you ask, Who am I? and What really matters?
